The Sensenbrenner Hospital Foundation in Kapuskasing had something to celebrate over the holiday break….the largest 50-50 jackpot awarded.
Kap resident Debbie Blais was presented with a checque for $32,710 when foundation officials and hospital administration showed up in a limousine.
Blais was surrounded by loved ones as well as her horse aptly named Vegas. She hinted that the horse might have a new sibling due to the winnings.
Tickets sales for the next draw are now underway.
