Ontario Provincial Police are continuing their investigation into a fatal ATV accident on Saturday afternoon west of Kapuskasing.
Police responded to a single vehicle collision on Belanger Road in Harty involving a side-by-side ATV. The person was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The OPP’s traffic incident management enforcement team and technical collision investigator are assisting with the investigation. The investigation is under the direction of the Office of the Chief Coroner and the Ontario Forensic Pathology Service (OCC-OFPS).
