There’s a national champion in our midst in Kapuskasing today.
Cité des Jeunes student Naza Grant won the Junior Women’s National Weightlifting title in Toronto over the weekend. It’s her second consecutive national title.
Even more remarkable is that she trained and competed while juggling school, work, exams, graduation and all that comes with that. She’s taking a break this week to finish high school.
