An arrest has been made in a daylight rock-throwing incident in Kapuskasing.
OPP say that on Monday at around 5:30pm, a rock was thrown through a window at the Kapuskasing Welcome Centre on Millview Rd.
Officers located the suspect a short time later and charged the 34-year-old local man with mischief destroying or damaging property; causing a disturbance; and two counts of failing to comply with a probation order.
He was released and goes to court on July 15th.
