Sudbury is getting a premier casino with entertainment.
Gateway Casinos has signed a letter of intent with True North Strong to build the facility in Sudbury’s east end.
It would cost $60 million, create 250 new jobs and would open by 2020.
Gateway will keep working with the owner at the Sudbury Downs as it takes over daily operation of the track and starts to relocate the slots.
