A surprise phone call from the Timmins and District Hospital Foundation turned into a happy moment for a Kapuskasing woman who is the latest winner of the 50-50 Draw. Judith Rouleau pockets $113,785. Judith told Foundation officials that she started to shake when she went to Facebook to check the winning numbers after the call. The Rouleaus are retired and plan to travel, visit family and have fun.
