A Constance Lake First Nation man is facing an arson charge following an investigation into an incident in the community on Saturday afternoon. Nishnawbe Aski Police Service learned about a man who had poured fuel on an ATV and attempted to set it on fire. Police say the vehicle was located next to the home at the time of the incident. The 24 year old Constance Lake resident is charged with one count of arson damage to property.
