Cinderella’s Closet collected their second highest total of dress donations this weekend since the project began three years ago.
According to Organizer Gabrielle Dugas they collected 60 dresses and were able to give away 10 along with 10 pairs of shoes, free to students graduating from grade 8 or 12 this summer.
Dugas says the project was a success and a number of dresses donated was terrific to see.
Dugas says the success has given the project reason to expand in the near future.
She says in order to not exclude anyone from the project they will become available for use by college and university students as of next year.
